You know Linus Torvalds, I’m sure many are familiar with him, programmer from Finland. Great doing the coding is very evident, linux is one of the resulted of the ‘cold hand’. Here are some reasons why Linus became very famous:
1. Providing free handiwork. Unlike his senior, Bill and Jobs, Linus prefers to share his work to the public free of charge. Very quickly so that his name famous in the programming world.
2. Linus have infinite community. This is the effect of his willingness to share his works to the community, so the impact on the number of communities that recognize and support the Linus to keep exist.
3. Humble. Linus never openly boasted that his work is the greatest and perfect. Yet rather than competitors, linux is more secure and virus free.
4. Not hostile to the different communities. Linus rarely refuse to be invited by the IT community in the world, even if community ‘kicked’ him. With polite and full of tranquility, Linus can regulate the stability of emotions and circumstances. This fact makes it look dignified and mature.
5. Love the penguin. Penguin is used as the Linux mascot originated from a Linus who chased penguins at a zoo. Linus was idea to suggest penguin as a linux mascot. Then if people see pinguin, they are associated by linux. Then they are imagine a Linus face
